That was one of the things the electrician fixed for me. It's a legit setup in somplace like a kitchen, where the top row of plugs may be on one circuit, and the bottom row on another. That helps to spread the load better.
I discovered it when changing a plug. Third time I got zapped, I figured out that somehow, I must not have turned off all the power [img]smile.gif[/img]
