I got the gauntlets of pickpocketing from the guy in the first room on the second floor of the Copper Coronet and used a potion of master theivery and pickpocketed the owner of Adventure Mart. It took me about 30 tries but he has a ring of Regeneration. Once you get it in your hot little hands HE ATTACKS YOU!!! I've read that this is one of 2 rings of regeneration in the game.
