Well, I don't know how to make it start up in safe mode (which F button to press) and I have already turned off the automatic restart a little while ago. I think it logs errors, but I can only check that later...that is, when I know how to start up in safe mode. I hope I don't have to wipe the whole thing

. Would a new hard drive work?

PS: It never says that Windows couldn't start properly because windows does! So I can't start up safe mode that way...
