It's so easy to get weed not from a coffee shop. But even in coffeeshops I doubt they ask for ID always cause I know a lot of people that aren't 18 and go to coffeeshops. Others just have a few bushes at home
Underage drinking is even easier. There's barely control on it and if you want to enter certain 18+ places they won't bother asking you ID.
