Yeah but that would cost a lot of up front dollars from the pentagon...it costs a lot to open a new base.still, I think it would be considerate of us to get our troops out of a country that doesnt want or need us any more.
Edit: Out of curiosity, does anyone know why France re-joined NATO after leaving in the 50's or 60's? Serious historical answers please....
