SHITTY DAY!!!

one of my good friends crashed on his bike during an amateur bike race in Italy and is now hopitalized in Italy with 6 broken ribs, some with multiple fractures and 7 vertebra that are cracked in his spine. *gah*
a good reminder to myself that biking can be dangerous - I also crashed today but difference being me trying to ride in a claypit so my bike didn't go more than 1 mph while my friend was doing 45mph also my bike just kinda keeled over to the side due to the accumalated clay in the chain and gears so I just dropped to the relativily soft clay ( messy as hell ).
