This is activisions response I received after asking them to support a patch:

Thank you for your interest in our products. We value all suggestions
from our customers, and we thank you for taking the time to write.
You put a lot of time and thought into this email and it shows. We at
customer support do not have access to release dates or port
information including patches. We gather all of our information from
official press releases made at
www.activision.com. I can assure you
that we will pass this mail on the the development team and
appropriate personnel however. I have no word on the patch if/when at
this time but please keep checking

breaking news as well as
http://www.heuristicpark.com/.
