Best spell vs. dragons...CLOUDKILL! Seriously, get a cloudkill wand from the lich in the tavernin the city gates and use it vs. dragons. Just stay out of the dragons sight and cast cloudkill. Nine simultanious cloudkills took Firkraag down.
