There is one set of wooden stakes on one of the kobolds bodies, along with a crystal. This is in the southeast corner of your map. It's the twisting one with the big crystal in the middle.

I'm not sure, but I don't think you have to stake Dace's coffin to leave. I think all you need is the Hand of Dace and the Durtulmak Crystal. If you have to stake him to leave then that is the only place I know of to get stakes.
