in SoA there is only one - i could tell you where, if you want, ask.
in ToB, i havent seen any yet.
i have never seen a bag of holding that did not allow me to ignore weight. the bad news is that they are _not_ bottomless. i have filled one up. i took on an army or two in ToB and stole all their swords +2 etc, and ran out of space. so keep hold of your other containers.
