Sorry, but I've got a hard time believing that M$ and her lawyers are doing this to keep cheating on their network down.
This makes yet another philosophical difference that I've got with M$: I buy a box, I should be able to do whatever I feel like with the thing. This business of "you're wrong, but we'll not sue you right now" is a cop out, and a pretty thin one at that ...
