Neb grabs his cellphone and calls his fellow HADB members for back-up, "We've got a hostage situation over here!" he tells them as they arrive at the scene of the crime, Neb then picks up a megaphone and, from a safe distance, shouts to the hostage-takers, "What are your demands?"
