It depends you know... try to utilize your mages and clerics and all that.. exploit their reserved spells... know them!
As for the fighters, load them with lots of potions, so that they may not die that quickly. If you have Yoshimo, try setting him a trap, so when Tazok tries to run down on you, run backwards... easy!
As for Korgan, he is one hell of a fighter, but he's Chaotic Evil. And besides that, if you have Aerie in your party, there could be some problems...
