I say go with the Shadow Thieves. Helping Bodhi is not that good in terms of items. And you dont have to be evil to side with her. I play a Lawful evil char and I feel it is much more appropiate to help an organisation that is evil but does bussines after all, than chaotic and lawless vamps that go around killing everybody in sight.
Being evil doesnt mean (like somebody said) having a rep of 1 (well, maybe if youre chaotic evil), but doing smart and cunning evil things, and even maintaining a high rep just so you can screw them at the last minute and still getting the reward.
