Okay, e-mailing you a Zipfile now.

The filename is "Carlo_Sanciona"

The Party consists of, ~~

Carlo Sanciona, Cavalier
Mazzy, Fighter
Imoen,
Nalia,
Aerie, and
Jaheira.

To play, just unzip the attachment, and paste the folder within to your save directory.

NOTE: It will overwrite your 3rd saved game, so make sure your 3rd save folder is not important.
