I've had this happen before.. Hmm.. What was it.. Anywayz, you'll have to reload a previous game before the unfortunate event. The only way I can think of to solve this, is for you to use CLUAConsole to either teleport it (somehow) or kill it (resulting in the -1 to CON)..
