The Gauntlets of crushing are in the Sahuagin City in Shadows of Amn
You have to kill the Sahuagin prince and give his heart to the Mad king and he will give them to you as a reward (The Gauntlets are not part of the Kings Treasury so you must do it this way or you wont get them).
