I would like to dedicate this poem to my own mother, who had stood by me throught so many hard times.

I was a total wreck when I left primary school. I was bunking school often and I had large rows with my mum who would often cry.

She thought that a private school would help me. But I didn't want that - i thought that she was a stupid woman who knew nothing other than to scold me day in - day out.

Today, I am still standing - all thanks to her. I owe her a lot.

* Big flowers, a bottle of her favourite wine and knowing that Wah has changed - he's not a little rebellious kid anymore.

Mother's Day

The air is warm, the sky is bright,
The sun is rising through the night.
Today's the day I think of you,
And all the times that we've been through.

The things we've done, and the things you said,
Your comfort when my life seemed dead.
I'm sorry for the stressed you fared,
And all along, I knew you cared.

Listen Mum, I never meant to shout,
And remember times, when I stormed out?
But it's only 'cause I didn't knew -
How much my actions meant to you.

Through thick or thin, you've been relieving,
And even helped when my nose was bleeding.
I swear today - There's no decieving,
Only to say three words.........

.....Happy Mother's Day

I know I'm not the only teenager who's "been through" this. You can also scribble this poem on your mother day cards: No Probs!
