Anyone who's a half good typeist should be able to work out what key their finger is over just be how far away from the F and J keys, if you tilt your head to the side a little you can get your chin to touch only one key at a time..

Stick your toung in your cheek and you've got a nice pointer for hitting keys.

back of the hand you just use your knuckles to puch the keys, and with the palm, well it's easy if your double jointed..

The nose is easy, your just moving your head to the right place.
