Well, after browsing numerous FAQ's (the content of which I trust implicitly) I can find no reference to a
Sword of Death +90. If such a thing did exist I am sure it's location would be well documented.
Something like it could have been created with some sort of editing package, but I don't think it exists in any official capacity.
