if your talking to a chinese, which might be the only time you'd have to say it in chinese, when you pronounce it, they'd probably try to understand it, if they don't, they'll ask you [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] so basically you don't have to tell them unless they ask
but if you show it to them, then they will most likely know what it means..
and well about the pronounciation,

the pronounciation would be
Qing = Qi+eng = english pronounciation = Chi-(as in
CHeese)+ ng (as in du
ng
Cheng = ch+eng = english prounounciation = Ch ( as in
Children)+ng (as in du
ng
Qing look at the one above... i don't know the tone..so meh
Guo = g+wu+o = eng pronoun = g (as in
gone)+ wu as in...
