Your character starts at 161,000 XP if you finished BG with TOTSC installed and import that character. Otherwise, SOA assumes that you only finished vanilla BG and gives you 89,000 XP (which is the previous XP cap for BG).

In the long run, it probably won't make too much of a difference, since you'll gain more than enough XP in SOA.

You can export from the final save of your original BG game or edit your XP in shadowkeeper.
