Yes: Where is your thief?? A fighter, a paladin AND a ranger may be overdoing it a little. I would really replace one of those with a decent thief. Your party seems strangly unbalanced; three fighter types and three mages. Why in the world did you include a mage (is it no dual/multi? no specialist mage?) if you already have a sorceress?
