I think, although i could be wrong that the Shadow Lich and Elemental Lich in athkatla are arch liches - i mean they try and stop you fron bring kangaxx back dont they. this would tend to indicate arch-liches are just normal liches with a different alignment, so you could get an arch-demi-liche. do i detect an awesomely powerful new race for the mod-artists to insert? true, it would break the plot of the PC, but what an NPC!
