Either way it doesn't say " I think charitible giving should
be mandatory" but I can tell by your responses you really wanted it to say that.
In fact I suspect you were looking for any opening to make any contentious point so you could rant about socialism and make personal attacks about being on a soapbox. History repeats itself again.
