I can't fine the Severed Hand. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I talked to Arundel after retrieving the Heartstone Gem and he said something like Severed Hand was to the South and my spirit would guide me?

I've poked around in all the lands I've been in, but I couldn't find an exit. I tried searching these forums, but I couldn't find anything on it so I'm thinking this is just really easy and I'm missing the obvious.
