ASSELHOFF TOLD: GET HELP Baywatch star David Hasselhoff has been ordered to get help for his drinking after admitting a drink-drive offence. The star, who made his name in the 1980s hit Knightrider, has been told to enrol on an alcohol programme for six months. Judge Elizabeth Lippitt also imposed a £200 fine, community service and licence restrictions, said Jenaro Batiz-Romero, spokesman for the attorney's office in Los Angeles. Hasselhoff, 52, was arrested in June. In 2002, he checked himself into the Betty Ford Centre for treatment of alcoholism. He is best known for playing lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the long-running Baywatch TV series and recently appeared on the London stage in the musical Chicago.
