Hi TIgger!
Well, you can go through the mountain again, or you can (if you can turn monsters to stone) fight a bunch of monster near the ledge on the Dragon Spire, turn them to stone, pile them on top of one another (using carry) and try climbing up them.
Might be easier just to go through the spire!
