The responses to a mod were childish, rude, and unjustified. If I had done something like that because I was having a bad reaction to prescription medication, a stroke, or even a Vietnam/LSD flashback, I would be thanking my lucky stars that my Ironworks password still works. If I'd done it on purpose, without an excuse, I'd expect to see
unregistered beside my name.
There
are other forums that specialize in those kinds of threads and allow such treatment of members and moderators without consequence, and that's where these belonged. These
de-regulated communities are easy to find with a simple Google search for "
forums that suck".
I think the Mod Squad does a fine job of keeping this a fun place to hang out, and I appreciate that they don't tolerate that type abuse towards mods
