I just played a bit more with the Lich and here is some more info:
For a weapon it can use mage weapons or his Spectral Touch which increases in power with his level, he can also summon skeletons as an ability, his spellcasting is a bit like a Sorcerer because even though he memorizes spells he also uses "points" on them, when he has either not spell or no points left he can cast no magic, he is a bit slow though, I would rather play the Desolator, a ranger kit which can summon magical scimitars and shapeshift into Hakeashars and Nishruus.
