The bonus to hit on Bow is just that. I bonus to hit, it does not allow you to hit monsters immune to normal weapons unless it say so in the description.

So, If you use a +5 bow to shoot regular arrows, you won't be able to hit monsters with immunities.

If you use a regular bow with +4 arows you will be able to hit almost everything.
