Heard on the news last night that the State Department has confirmed North Korea has a long range ballistic missle that can reach the west coast of the US (the missle is untested as of yet). And they are pretty certain that NK has 1-3 nuclear warheads.
And of course we know that NK is very publicly restarting it's nuclear program.

So, how is the Administration handling this? Not with the overwelming force that Iraq is certain to face. Instead it seems we willing be give NK pretty much whatever it wants, as long as we can save face and not 'appear' to be giving in to nuclear blackmail.
