The name of the sword is the Celestial Fury, possiby the best weapon in SoA (not sure about ToB, don't have it yet). Here's the stats on that weapon:

The weird thing about Monks is that while they may use Katanas, the can't gain proficiency in them. And the penalties for non-weapon proficiency still apply... Strange don't you think? However, when a monk gets to high levels, they make Katana's look weak!
