My opinions:

Banner? Great idea.
Popups? Don't do it.
Special Membership? Sounds like a good idea, just please no "Special members only" areas. Having your own personal avatar and/or title and maybe no banner might be the special things.
T-shirts and other IW stuff? I want it

I'll have to beg one of my parents to order me an IW T-shirt if you decide to sell any [img]smile.gif[/img]
Asking for donations? Sure, I'll donate again if I can [img]smile.gif[/img]
