Okay - find the one gargoyle pull which immediately retracts when you pull it. Should be about 11 o'clockish when facing the vault. The way I did this room is : Start at the next pull and work clockwise around the room pulling each pull. Go back counter clockwise and repull any pulls that have gone back up. Check yet again to see that they are all down (except the very first one mentioned) and once you have them all down, pull that last pull at the 11 ish o'clock. You're in.
