Well, as far as the physical training goes...I kind of have started that, too. Having a weight room on the ground floor of my hall kind of makes that pretty easily done. I'm glad I posted this here, though, because now I have accountibility...of sorts, at least. Plus I get some good, sensible advice and interpretation.

Now, about that latter part---the morality of anger.

Really, I don't think that anger should have much of a permanent role in anyone's thoughts. Anger is used as a tool occaisionally, and it can help one succeed some of the time. I don't really want to criticize its use once in a while---but anger on a daily basis seems wrong to me.

I am curious about the rest of you, and your opinions of whether it is good or bad to be angry, and under what circumstances it crosses the line.
