Are you sure its gone?
Try checking the area by pressing Alt button on the keyboard it will highlite
all treasure traps and supplies if they are still there.
the supplies and equipment you cant find may be behind an outcrop and by pressing Alt it will be rendered visiable (MAYBE!) if its still there.
