There is a debate in progress over whether the US should give up administrative control over the Internet, and if they do... who should have that control.

This forum is VERY international in membership (one of the things I like about it)... so what's the concensus?

I don't know the answer, but I do know who I DON'T want controlling it... but I worked very hard to avoid a biased poll.
