Just out of curiosity, Lennon, but have you taken the cat to a vet to have him looked over?
If not, please do so. It may be that he had a "backyard" neutering. *shudder*
But he could also have a blockage, a urinary infection or maybe even ate something that is stuck in his intestines.
Just thought I'd mention it...
