well you don't get the temple, You get a room in the temple and the rights to use Temple equipement(you meant I can take thoses 2 potions of healing in the bookshelf legit? wow Helm is so generous)
Most strongholds the carater can sleep in, The bard Stronghold he has to pay the inn keeper (you only own the basement as long as you are putting on a play)
I haven't tried the Druid strong hold quest yet but I recall you get a lion summoning statue.
