What does this Fixpack do and how legitimate is it? The page above doesn't have any real information about it, the zip file has no README or similar file, and when i start to install it, it offers no information.

Please, someone enlighten me or point me to a real information page for it. I would like to know before I go ahead and click the "yes install this thing" button.
