HOjou, Dont worry you can increase your INT if you use potion of genius and memorize other spells. Feel free to memorize any 7,8,9 level spells you can memorize them all with 25 int. But for 1,2,3,4,5,6 you have to make some choices. There's 24 or 25 spells per level and even with 25 int, you can memorize max 21 spells. Got these spells, forget the rest (but of course memorize them for only to gain xp)
