From what I have seen of anti-depressants, they don't work. Seevral friends of mine have been on them. One has got worse, one got so bad while she was on them that she stopped taking them, and one became so miserable she tried to overdose herself. So I know I'm biased.

I handed in a form today saying when I am free to have regular counselling sessions. And until I get them, I am not going to go on medication. When I'm having them... Who knows. So any input would still be welcomed.
However. I have been told I may not get any more counselling until next year. I don't know if they mean acedemic year, or 2010, but either way I may be looking at a 6 - 12 month wait.

But hey. At least now I'm taking steps to get better, rather than what I did before (ignore it, cope the best I can and hope it goes away).
