I could hit you!
My Thaco with my Elven Archer is around -20 with Heartseeker.. if I use the ability to make it +7 to hit... that means I could hit you with about a roll of 2 - 20.. hehe..

Maybe with Arrows of Piercing too.. hehe..

Possibly hit... no...

Hehehe..

That is still a kick-a** armor class against missiles though..
