For Pandaros and Xaver:

The cave proved treacherous to reach easily. With Pandaros carrying his bow in a readied posture, climbing the hills was very difficult. The rocks that made up the grounding were loose, and sliding was frequent. Several times did he nearly loose his footing, but was saved by his high dex score more than once. (lucky dice rolls).

Xaver was not as quick on his feet, but a dwarf knows how to handle himself on terrain such as this, and was more at home in this element. Although movement was not as quick, his path was secure, and was only slowed down by Pandaros who tried to stay afoot while carrying his bow.

In 20 minutes, they were coming up on the cave entrance but by this time dusk had arrived and their visual was already cut in half by the low light. They were close enough to the cave to smell a horrible stench from within. If they were at all hungry after all this time, they had to have lost their appetite now.

They could hear nothing, nor see anything that would alert them to danger. There were no more footprints to locate due to the entire terrain being made of sliding rocks and boulders. This terrain far up into the hills beyond the cave and into the misty higher elevations.

For Sever
(Finding food and G-spots...a typical man's journey)

Sever was quick on his feet, being able to easily follow the recent prints that his fellow companions had left him. They veered North and West, and Sever was anxious to come to the end of this man hunt. Within the hour, he was at the rocky slopes that led upward at a gradual pace, gradually becoming more steep as it got higher. As it was, Sever was not carrying any weapons to get in the way of his hands helping him climb the terrain and his dexterity score was the best of the three on this mountain. It was getting dark quickly up here, but in the distance he thought he could barely make out two forms nearing a cave. It would take him at least 15 minutes to reach them, but at least he had spotted them, and knew where they were apparently intending to go.
