I think that both IWD and HoW is far too easy. The first game, I beat in four days non-stop playing, and the second took about two weeks, mainly because motivation-problems.
I needed only one reload against the final boss in IWD, and two against her in HoW (araound level 15 I think). Hell, I damaged her with both a Fire Ball and Sunfire, without Lowering Resistance first! I did at least 30 damage each. Her kind should be almost imune to magic.
No, I hadn't Heart of Fury active, but neither had I the levels obtained from that.
