Personally, I like the rogue/fighter/wm angle, and I currently have one such build with both dev crit, and epic dodge, and he is formiddable. I have a second version of this build w/out the dev crit, just looking to up the ab. Dex builds all the way, with weapon finesse, using daggers. There is a version of the Drow Dark Dagger that can be got a lot earlier than lvl 12, like lvl 3. It's in an exotic location though...
