You must be talking about the blood you need 4 the wizard-daughter-lover quest in the Umar Hills ???
Go to the Umar Cave... in there you'll find a chest that will atack you when you try to open it. This is the Mimic (a Mimic is a creature that shapeshifts into Treasures or other kinds of "bait" to trap Adventurers and Treasure Hhunters). Kill it and you'"ll get5 the blood... easy huh ?
