I htink we will see a lot of this for a long while, profit taking...the act of moving the gainsmade from stocks into more stable/safe vehicles of invetments or into cash....no one wants to have too much riding on the stocks, so they wait for modest gains, then move the cash to safer investments (possibly bonds)
