Easiest way tactically:
Scout the area (Hide in Shadows or Sanctuary).
Lure out the zombies near the doorway, and kill them.
Stand far from the door, throwing fireballs in, killing lots of zombies and wights.
Leading with a mage (hopefully a Fighter/Mage, but a Cleric/Mage or Bard will do) who's just cast Shield, proceed to mop up the rest of the undead.
It may be worthwhile to lure the rest of the undead out, too, before returning to confront Presio.
